This Privacy Policy describes the information that is collected and used when you use Zero Swear. By using Zero Swear you acknowledged that you accept this Privacy Policy.

 

Zero Swear is an app developed by Jaime Torres to censor audio and its transcribed text. Jaime Torres does not collect any personal data when you use Zero Swear. Zero Swear will use your microphone only if explicit permission has been granted. Zero Swear will start recording audio only when you touch the recording button and will stop recording audio when it reaches the allowed recording time which is about 1 minute or when you touch the recording button for the second time to stop the recording, whatever happens first.

After the audio recording is stopped, Zero Swear will send the audio recording to Apple servers to transcribe the audio recording. Once Zero Swear receives the transcription result from Apple servers, Zero Swear will proceed to censor the audio and the transcription text in the sections that contains swear words. Jaime Torres will not have access to the audio recordings nor to the transcriptions text. If you have the option of sharing analytics, diagnostics and usage information enabled in your device Privacy settings anonymous non-identifiable data will be sent to App Analytics when you use Zero Swear. This data includes crash data as well as statistics about how you use the app, this data is collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers. Jaime Torres can access the data via iTunes Connect, App Analytics. If you don’t want to share your app usage statistics information and crash data with App Analytics you can go to your device Settings and disable the Analytics options in the Privacy section.
